Executive Bios

Philip Cory
Vice President, Robotic Systems

Phil Cory, Vice President of Robotic Systems, joined the company in 1991 after spending eight years with NASA and Martin Marietta as an electrical engineer. Prior to his appointment as President in June 2007, he served as program manager for the Demo III and VTI Programs and most recently as the program director for the ANS program. He holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.

Kevin Bonner
Vice President, Engineering

Kevin Bonner, Vice President, Engineering for Robotic Systems, joined GDRS in 1991 after four years with Martin Marietta as an Electrical Engineer. Prior to his promotion to Vice President in June 2007, he held positions of increased responsibility including program manager RCTA and led engineering and technology activities for GDRS. He holds both a BS and MS Degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University.

Mark Del Giorno
Chief Scientist

Mark Del Giorno is an expert in autonomous systems architecture development and implementation. He oversees GDRS' advanced robotics engineering work and manages testing, systems integration, and advanced product development for the company's cutting edge robotics programs.

Dr. Barbara Lindauer
Vice President, Business Development - Robotics

Barbara Lindauer, an internationally recognized advocate for unmanned systems and past president of the Association of Unmanned Vehicle Systems International board, oversees all defense business development activities for GDRS.

Michael Barnes
Vice President of Operations

With extensive experience in mechanical design, program management, and manufacturing programs, Michael Barnes is responsible for overseeing all aspects of GDRS' production business including Machining Operations, Assembly, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Facilities Management, and production business development.
