Robotic Technology Integration and Assessment (RTIA)
The RTIA program allows General Dynamics Robotic Systems (GDRS) to integrate autonomous mobility solutions onto various vehicle platforms and test those new technologies to determine their level of readiness for transition to other military programs.
Integrating, experimenting with, and assessing our autonomous mobility technology are critical elements in advancing the state of robotics. For an unmanned vehicle to be able to effectively observe, orient, move, and shoot, all aspects of this complex technology must work together.
Military vehicles of the future will be both manned and unmanned and GDRS is building and testing the complex technology that will enable such a capability.
